I look for the underlying structure of a problem before touching the surface, and I resolve ambiguity by shipping to learn: prototyping early, testing with real people, and generating enough good ideas that I never get precious about any one of them.

The distance between an idea and working software keeps shrinking, and the leverage is moving to whoever knows what deserves to exist and how it should feel in someone’s hands. Those are questions I take seriously, and I’m energized by people who take them seriously too.
